Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information at office and digital format.
Focus on the organizational recruitment plans and process
Provide orientation to new employees and train existing employees regarding company policy.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Handle employee grievances
Maintain/manage relationship and networking with HODs and external vendors.
Creating talent pipeline and creating a succession planning for the company to ensure the continuity and growth.
Support separating staffs for clearance process.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Required Skills:
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Advance Excel, and related business and communication tools
Knowledge of HR practices, SSF and labour law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of HRIS
