Human Resource Manager Mid Level

Job Description

1. At least 2 years of experience in HR field
2. Basic knowledge of labour laws and other legal compliance relating to it.
3. Degree in Human Resources or related field
4. Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
5. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Job Specification

1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
6. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
7. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
8. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
9. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the company's goals and values.
