Research, recruit, interview, back ground check, hire man power as requirement of Office, preparation of job description, staff counsel, grievance handling, implement Office HR Policies, collect relevant documents from candidates, maintain individual staff files, performance evaluation, handling monthly attendance records for payroll-processing, process exit-clearance process of staffs including all other general HR related works as per the instruction by the Management.
