MBA in HR with Five Years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Should have Updated knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Act.
Prepare the Policies and procedures required for the organization.
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
Conduct performance appraisals and Talent management.
