You will be responsilble for following
To collect filled MRF and filing it properly and update it to HR software.
To make internal announcement as well as external announce ment
To post vacancies on social medias and online portals in professional manner
To screen and forward potential C.Vs to seniors and coordinate in scheduling interviews and telephone them for interview
To close critical positions with hard work and if needed head hunt should be done
To coordinate with line managers for final interview.
To notify candidates about their result as well as to agencies and cross check of references of selected candidates
Should have bachelor or E/MBA in HR with at least 1 years of progressive experience
should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill
should be very confident and bold and very good Ms excel and Ms powerpoint.
Should be male candidates with own two wheelers.
