· Lead the recruitment/hiring process.
· Maintain records of applicant-related in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
· Prepare job descriptions and job specifications of new staffs.
· Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
· Assist in performance appraisal process.
· Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
· Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
· Support other functions as assigned.
