Education : Master's Degree from recognized university in related subject with score of at least 50% Or CGPA 2.5
Experience : Should have 4-5 year experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
Skills : Proficient in written and spoken English, strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relation with people. Should be able to formulate HR strategies in alignment with the business goals of the bank.
