Help Desk Officer - 1

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years of experience in micro finance Industry, preferably IT helpdesk.
  • Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues and documents help desk tickets/resolutions.
