Job Description

  • Provide a friendly and efficient welcome to any members, visitors and staff.
  • Ensure that appropriate visitors are directed to the right person or service within the building.
  • Take responsibility for the visitor book and security passes.
  • To be responsible for the general upkeep of the reception point and office, ensuring it is kept organized and efficient at all times.
  • Undertake any other general duties

Job Specification

  • Must have good standard of  verbal communication skills in Nepali, English and Hindi
  • Must have good outlook
  • Must have good telephone manner
  • Understanding of confidentiality

  • Must have a superb Interpersonal skill

  • Able to be polite and courteous, but firm when dealing with challenging visitors

  • Mininum height  5'3 inch
