Job Description

[Min. Qualification: +2 passed with strong communication skills in English and Nepali languages]

Job Description:

  • Attending all the incoming and outgoing calls to and from the company respectively.
  • Transferring the call to the concerned personnel in the organization.
  • Attending and record keeping of all the visitors and greet them with a smile and ask the visitors for water/tea.
  • Informing the concerned personnel about the visitors and flow the required information between them
  • Maintaining the incoming and outgoing database of the calls•
  • Keep all the record of ingoing & outgoing couriers/ documents/ letters and others whichever necessary maintaining the register
  • Ensuring the proper work activities of guard and Office Attendant.

Job Specification:

  • +2 passed
  • Pleasant & Charming personality
  • Soft-spoken, good command over written & spoken English & Nepali Language
