Job Description

  • Handling outgoing/ingoing telephone calls and keeping records properly. 
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Handle company mails and communications.
  • Record details of customer contacts and follow-up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills both Nepali and English.
- Multitasking and Time management skills.
- Customer Service Attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Quick Learner, Collaborative and Flexibility.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer.
