Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
Maintain customer records and follow up on schedule basis.
Provide accurate information about the company, its products, and services to guests
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Qualification:
Bachelors equivalent
Proven experience as a front desk officer or a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Two wheeler driving license
