Job Description

  • Weekly Meeting Minute follow-up of STPL and group companies.
  • Follow up of KAP reports of all companies comprising SASPL, SAPL, SENPL, SEMPL and STPL –CVBU, PCBU, Exide and Mak Lubricant.
  •  MRM minutes follow up of STPL and group companies.
  • Review of housekeeping records of STPL and group companies and ensure reports are placed on respective locations in file server.
  •  Annual Review Meeting minutes follow up of STPL and group companies.
  • DRCD meeting minute follow up for STPL (CVBU, PVBU) and SASPL.
  •  Ensure meeting minutes are placed on respective locations in file server and review meeting minutes of individual location.
  •   Follow up for Logical framework for upcoming operational or fiscal year & status update for current.
  •  Update any changes made in WI, SOP, QDs and place .pdf files on assigned locations in file server.
  •  Preparing power point presentation regarding Weekly Sunday Review Meeting.
  •    Get requisition approval for official stationeries & equipment.
  •  Coordinate to conduct weekly housekeeping and prepare power point presentation for same.
  •    Deal with overall administrative work of the department as well.
  •     Receive training from ERP team with necessary Modules relating to Customer Relationship Management.
  • Conduct work activities as assigned by supervisor.
