Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare the financial records
Identify discrepancies and reporting it to the Finance Manager.
Collect and review data for reports.
Prepare payments for employees.
Suggest improvements on accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Enter data of financial transactions into the financial database for further analysis.
Prepare vouchers and record transactions for payments.
Maintain and update accounting records and invoices.
Make bank visits for bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawal, obtaining bank statement and other banking transactions.
Maintaining clear communication and co-ordination with both vendors and staffs.
Undertake other work as directed by the Finance Manager.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification: Bachelors completed
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in Finance or Admin
Work Location: Tinkune, Kathmandu, Nepal
