Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in casino training programs and practical sessions
- Learn rules, procedures, and handling of casino table games
- Provide polite, professional, and engaging service to guests
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and body language
- Follow casino SOPs, gaming regulations, and security procedures
- Handle chips, cards, and gaming equipment accurately
- Assist senior dealers and supervisors during live games
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct
- Ensure responsible gaming practices are followed
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Required Skills & Qualities:
- Good communication skills (Hindi preferred)
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Basic numerical and observation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18–28 years
- Minimum Height: 5’2”
- Fresher are welcome (Training will be provided)
