Regular visit sister concern company (Dealer/Showroom) for recovery process
To meet the recovery target given on individual/group basis.
Assure standard operating process on recovery process is followed
To make reminder calls to all the clients provided in the list about the due date and installment amount.
Regular follow up in case of default in payment of installment and persuade the client to pay the installments
In case the amount is not paid, Issue the first caution letter to the client and handover it over the borrower personally or anyone in the family
If the amount is still not received issue the second caution letter for recovery.
Put the case to HOD where the money has still not been received. With Analyze applicant's financial status, creditability & property evaluations to determine the capacity of payment
To take further course of action as per HOD’s guidelines and assist the HOD in the recovery process.
In case where vehicle is to be repossessed, visit the borrower’s place and bring the vehicle to the company.
To assist the HOD in all repossession cases.
Updating in the system details of call made and visit made for reference of HOD.
Provide actual report of collection and due amount of every dealers/Showroom
Train and guide the dealers and motivate to support on recovery process
Maintain compliance with laws and regulations and lending compliance guidelines
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the financing process
Other work assign by the Reporting Line or Department Head or Business Head
Job Specification
Bachelor running or above
Good working knowledge of MS office package (MS-Word, Excel, Power point)
Valid two wheeler driving license is must
Pleasant personality with individual decision making capacity
Always be positive towards your work responsibility as well as company rules and regulation
Always be ready for extra support to company growth.
