• 3-4 years of prior Chef Dc Cuisine in a large operation (150+ seats) OR 1-2 years as Executive Sous Chef experience in a 4/S star hotel
• Large Banquet and Catering experience is mandatory
• Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader
• Must have sound knowledge of bakery & pastry, inventory and cost controls
• Must have working knowledge of computer i.e. e-mails, excel, word, cost calculations and ability to read and analyze sales/cost reports
• Shortlisted candidates will be called on site to execute a tasting menu to audit skills, flavor diversity, ingredient utilization as well as creativity, precision and menu composition
