Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RBCL) is a public company incorporated on 05 Jestha, 2062 (May 19, 2005) as per prevalent Acts of Nepal, with the objective to develop and invest in hydropower projects. It has currently developed 4.4 MW Radhi Small Hydropower Project in Lamjung district and owns the project license. The project is located in Marsyangdi Gaupalika 05, Ghermu. Its registered office is located at Kathmandu -11, Bluestar Complex, Tripureshor. Lamjung Electricity Development Company Limited (LEDCO) holds 63.5% ownership in the company.
