Job Description

Academic Qualification: Master's Degree in Management, Economics from a recognized University or Chartered Accountancy.

Work Experience: At least 6 years working experience in Managerial or above Position in Insurance/Banking sector with minimum two years experience in Managerial or above Position in Insurance Company. Preference shall be given to those who have experience of Life Insurance Company.

Age: Preferably not exceeding.50 Years on the date of this announcement.

To work under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent requires Key Skills, Qualification, Experience and Attributes on:

• Assist the CEO in direction, guidance, leadership towards the achievement of the company's vision, mission, goals and objectives.
• Support to formulate and implement the company's strategies to achieve Company's objectives.
• Be a part of preparation and implementation of the business strategies/administrative guidelines to achieve the company's business plan.
• Ensure the company's compliances with regulatory and statutory requirements are in course of action.
• Sound knowledge of Financial Analysis and Investment of the Life Insurance Industry.
• Sound knowledge of all applicable acts, rules, regulation, directives etc..
• Ability to guide the functions of various departments, supervise and train subordinates and direct them towards attaining goals with leading personality, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, problem solving, friendly.
