Academic Qualification Required:
Masters Degree in Management
Work Experience Required:
Masters Degree in Management along with minimum 8 years work experience out of which at least 4 years as Manager Cadre or above in Credit and Operation in any Commercial/Development Banks/Finance Companies.
Other Knowledge and Skills Required:
Must be proficient in Handling PC, Banking Operations, Credit/Deposit Marketing, Accounting, Data Analysis and Administration. Applicant should possess knowledge of NRB Prudential Norms & Reporting Requirements, Prevailing Laws applicable to financial sector & capacity to handle Corporate Credit Client as well as Policy Making. Proficient in operating Pumori IV Banking Software shall be an added advantage.
