Department Heads (Officer level staff) - (Required - Few)
MBA or Masters' degree in Finance /Economics/Management or equivalent from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in capital market of Nepal or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA (preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in capital market). The candidate should have an understanding of securities market, including good understanding of governing acts & regulations for capital market as well as thorough understanding of technical analysis and fundamental analysis of share market. The candidate also requires thorough knowledge of merchant banking business of Nepal with hands on experience of managing DMAT. RTS/RTA, issue and underwriting. Age should not exceed 35 years.
