Job Description

  • Bachelors in relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory position.
     
  • Leadership abilities with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill
     
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts (if required).
     
  • Proficient in MS Office package

Job Specification

  • To handle and manage overall customer support operation
     
  • To generate, prepare and verify the report and forward it to the Supervisor/Management
     
  • To coordinate with Delivery partner 
     
  • Coordinate with team/Supervisor depending upon the problem to provide a proper solution to the customer.
