Interface with customers via outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Support assigned customers across all verticals and maintain the retention rate of the customers. Re- Acquisition of churn customers to use the services. Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate package best suited to the customer or prospect. Candidate Profile- Any Graduate can apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good command over English language a must. Command over other international languages an asset.
