Job Description

  • Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Front desk officer in order to ensure the smooth  & efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in timely  and efficient manner, transferring necessary calls, dealing with the general enquiries, referring clients to appropriate counselor.
  • Handle the Complaints and issues from the dealers and co-ordinate with the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business related documents through appropriate courier companies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of walk in clients,  phone calls
  • Coordinate with the Demand generator and Brand Promoter regarding site registration and other queries.
