Commercial Manager Senior Level

Job Description

• Should have knowledge in Project Cost Forecasting, Indirect Taxation, Contracts and Claim Management
• Project cost controlling, Risk estimation and forecasting, LC finalization, BG and securing Project risk.
• Execution of Commercial, Financial, Tax, Insurance, Legal Tasks and representation to Customer
• Cash flow, Invoicing and account receivable management of the projects
• Collaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting and negotiation of important sub contracts and consortium agreements
• Monitoring project progress to achieve timely dispatches and consequently cash realization & risk minimization
• knowledge & expertise in central excise, customs, export and import sales tax/vat directives and Foriegn exchange management
• All correspondence of commercial and contracual matters with customers & consortium partners

Job Specification

• MBA/CA/LLB
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Construction Company
• Ability of troubleshoot and deliver detailed instruction to the relevant team
