Job Description

The International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Christian non-government organization that has been working in the field of health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal for 64 years.

INF Nepal is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali Citizen for the following post:

Post Title: Cluster Finance Officer      

Work Location: Nepalgunj, Banke

Purpose of the job:

The job holder is responsible to lead the Cluster Finance for the effective and efficient financial management, planning and reporting of the Cluster as well as by districts under the respective Cluster. This includes staff support and supervision of the Cluster/District finance, ensure the proper implementation of the financial policies and procedures, timely accounting and reporting, supporting in donor funding analysis, proposal writing, network and coordination both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • BBA/BBS/B.Com with Finance/Accounting major and at least 3 years of accounting and financial management experience
  • High level knowledge of use of computer systems especially computerized accounting systems and spreadsheets (MS excel in particular)
  • Good written and spoken English
