Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Managing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting project requirements.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection reports.
Responding to requests for information from project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.
Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are being met.
Identifying and resolving project issues, including design conflicts, schedule delays, and budget overruns.
Ensuring that project safety requirements are being met and that all workers are following proper safety protocols.
Providing guidance and training to junior staff and site workers as needed.
