Position : Civil Engineer
Location : Kathmandu / Bhairahawa
Job Description/ Responsibilites

Manage and maintain the small scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (map,report,tests , drawing and others )
-
Assess potential risk materials and cost.

Handling over the resulting structure and service for use.
-
Monitor progress and compile report in project status.
-
Manage budget and purchase equipment materials.
-
Submission of report after completing the project including wages,charge & material cost
-
Comply with guidelines and regulation including permits, safety,etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation.

Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
-
Ability to monitor and supervise various project related works.
Job Specifications :
-
Bachelors /Masters complete preferable.
-
Freshers can also apply.

Good knowledge of Auto-CAD and structural design software
-
Should have good skills in bidding procedures, construction norms and laws and computational techniques.

Should have good leadership quality and ability of handling multiple site supervisors.
-
Should have good communication skill and ability of dealing multiple stakeholder.
-
Ability to perform the work under high pressure.
