Job Description

The "Attend Pvt. Ltd." a reputed logistics management company promoted by renowned Nepalese businessmen would like to appoint a highly experienced Individual to spearhead the Operation function of the Company. The ideal candidate should have the following competencies.

Job title : Chief Operating Officer

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with accredited training on Emergency Management, Logistics Operations

Experience: Minimum 15 Years of hands on experience in logistic operation /management in reputed Organizations with proven leadership ability and technical expertise and overseas exposure on logistic operations preferably in international organizations, at least in 4 countries.

Candidate should be familiar with the following logistics operation / management and proven success story in logistic management with leadership roles in international organizations;

• Exposure and experience in Setting up of field office with necessary infrastructure and logistics facilities.
• Project management with the responsibilities of arrangement of all the logistics and basic amenities to effective operation of the projects.
• Handling of Emergency Response operations with very good crisis management skills during natural calamities like earthquake, landslides, floods, epidemic etc.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP in logistic management
• Experience in developing distribution hubs with basic infrastructure and logistics.
• Experience as an instructor for the training to down the line in organization for developing human resources.
• Experience in handling/managing all cargo (sea, air and land) during emergency response operations.
• Knowledge and experience of developing emergency response SOP / Manual and training to staff.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven record of best negotiation with vendors, supply chains.
