Job Summary:
Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with five years of experience in relevant work.

Negotiation, facilitation and representation skills; Demonstrated skills in examining and re-engineering company operations and procedures; Demonstrated skills in team building: Ability to coach and mentor staff; Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures; Fluency in both (written and oral) English and Nepali; Proven experience in project management and report writing; Proficiency in M.S. Office; and, Knowledge and experience in financial management as demonstrated by:
(I)ability to develop financial plan and manage resources/operations; and,
(ii) ability to anal wand interpret financial data including follow-up on internal and external audit recommendations.

Anamolbiu is promoted by professionals with considerable experience and expertise in agricultural Research and Development in Nepal. The promoters of the company also include various Community Based Seed Producer groups, Agro-vets and Community Based Organizations from across the country.
We produce quality seeds of more than 25 different vegetables, cereals, pulses and potato. Our seeds are produced in different parts of Nepal in partnership with farmers’ groups under strict monitoring and technical
