Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DLBBL), one of the leading national level microfinance development Bank in Nepal currently working in 55 districts through its 90 branches, announces a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer. Key Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the financial target and performance set in strategic plan of DLBBL.
• Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budgets and programmes for the growth and development of DLBBL.
• Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations and directives of regulators.
• Maintain functional relations with the regulators, other class (Ka, Kha and Ga) banks and financial institutions, federations and apex bodies.
• Ensure effective human and financial resource management and update of Management Information System (MIS).

Minimum Qualification:

• Master Degree holder in any discipline, preferably, in the management and economics.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the field of microfinance, banking, financial or insurance sector out of which 5 years should be at senior management level.

Appointment Nature: Minimum 4 years contract. Salary and Benefit: Negotiable.
