Capacity Development Advisor (Consultant) - 1

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising the MD on a daily basis with regards to overall capacity building of organization, finding synergy between SBU's and the Business development of the IME Group as a whole
2. Active coordination / contribution to facilitate the set -up of a Natural History Unit and Wildlife Exhibition at Chandragiri Hills Cable Car and Resort
3. To research, write and deliver training on an SOP for the IME group based on a "Scaling Up" of their Management development systems
4. To set up and implement a new !ME Group Corporate Training Team for internal training and coaching across the whole company
5. To train a specific skills required for staff working in jungle adventure resort
6. To deliver 1:1 Training for key members of the management team as their personal Life Skills Coach

EDUCATION, COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline with training on capacity building /Training facilitation.
2. TEFL / TESOL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
3. Major Coaching Qualification (NLP or similar). Life Skills Trainer/ Executive Coach 1:1
4. Outdoor Education Qualifications (including Aid Trainer)
5. Ropes Course Construction and Qualifications in Natural History or Environmental Science
