Will be responsible for assessing and identifying commercial gaps and opportunities (in terms of Coverage, Distribution, Calls Frequency, Drop Size, Strike Rate, Trade Inventory etc.)
Will design and suggest different type of trade programs to drive sell-In, sell-out, distribution and share of market, as well as control execution and analyze programs efficiency – ROI (return on investments)
Will perform regular RTM overview (current and future needs including headcount and structure). Will propose Salesforce Incentive Plans including Individual and Team KPIs
Will develop and communicate Cycle Plans to the Sales Force
Will prepare business reviews and updates on progress of key projects lead by Sales function
Will establish and maintain close working relationship with Sales Management Team (NSM and TSMs), understanding their needs and building those needs into the plans
Will support Head of Sales in crafting the Sales Margin Strategy – margins for trade and Sub-D
Will assist Head of Sales to optimize TME / TME Lite to ensure maximum effectiveness of the tool to further develop and strengthen Sales strategic and operational capabilities
