Should have knowledge of exisiting marketing conditions coupled with excellent selling, communication and convincing skills. A pleasing and outgoing personality is a must. Possession of a two wheeler with valid driving license will definitely constitute and advantage. Prior experience in similar capicity is highly desiralbe.
