Job Title: Brand Manager
Reports to: Creative Director
Job Purpose:
To help a company drive growth in its brands and products lines by converting traditional physical brand management process to social media ones, and oversees the rapidly changing digital sectors like mobile applications, social media and Internet based marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop, implement and manage branding and marketing campaigns that promote a company and its product.
To identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytic tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and search advertising.
To enhance branding awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/ customers.
To execute and evolve the enterprise’s Social Media Strategy based on performance and emerging company/ consumer needs.
Job Specification
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
1 Years or more in company’s advertising operation department.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proven conflict management experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Good interpersonal skills
Team building Skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.
