Job Description

Asst. Manager - HR

Academic Qualification: Masters/Bachelors Degree in HRM.

Experience: Not less than 4 years of working experience in related field, preferably in FMCG Company.

SAP Certification preferred.

Key Responsibility:

  • Formulation of HR & IR strategy aligned to business,
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system.

Other HR activities: IR, Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation etc.
