Job Description:
· The candidate will be heading all activities and sub units of CG Shashwat Dham.
· Administering and Managing Daily activities, Maintenance, Budgets, Promotions (online and Direct), Opening new avenues to connect masses with Dham and Gurudev's knowledge.
· Co-ordinating with the whole Art of Living machinery in Nepal. and organising and teaching AoL programs.
· Ensuring maximum participation in Daily Satsang and special weekly satsangs.
· Administering and Managing the food court, digital library, and heritage stores.
· Managing the teams of all units and setting targets and providing required guidance to the respective team leaders.
· Ensuring the Gurukul students grow best in values and education as per organisation vision.
· Co-ordinating with External Agencies for outsourced tasks.
· Making presentations to Management on progress and updates.
· Keep control on Income and Expense of organisation.
· Ensuring best quality experience to all visitors and participants.
· Be an inspiration and role model for the entire team to follow.
Specification:
Education: Masters or CA
Experience: 5-7 year of experience in managing an administration team, or managing a field team.
Special Skills: 1. Preferably an Art of Living Part Time Teacher with Nepal origin.
2. Should be passionate about working in Ashram environment and have an attitude of Sevak. Willing to work beyond comfort levels.
