Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales at Partner's MFI branches and Field Officers
  • Coach partners how to promote products effectively
  • Train partners on product details and new incentive programs
  • Conduct sales-generating activities at the MFI branches and SHG meetings to drive demand 
     
• Activate new Partner channels
•  Conduct group training activities for MFI branches and Field Officers of new partners
• Convince new partner's MFI branches and Field Officers to begin selling Sun King products and help them to sell initial units  
• Conduct one-on-one training for new partners on product details, installation and after sales processes.  
• Arrange for marketing collateral and setup point-of-sale branding
• Proactively solve inventory, logistics, after sales and customer issues 
• Answer questions or concerns and ensure Partner, MFI branches and Field Officers are highly motivated to sell Sun King
• Ensure sufficient stock levels at Partner's Branches and MFI branches
• Facilitate after sales for the MFI
• Solve problems proactively

Job Specification

Candidate requirements:

• Experience
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in managing rural sales
     
• Training and presentation:
• Can conduct group trainings
• Can coach sellers one-on-one to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
• Can identify high-potential retailers and convince them to begin the Sun King business
• Can conduct BTL activities, Haat demonstrations and other marketing activities 
• Can represent Greenlight Planet in front of partner's regional managers
• Sales:
• Has a Motorbike and Android-based mobile phone
• Is willing and able to travel 20 days per month, 100 km per day
• Willing and able to submit daily sales and meeting reports by email
