We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will provide support to staff and management, ensure efficient office procedures, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
The candidate is required to:
Prepare, review, deliver necessary documents for banking and insurance transaction and do needed followups.
Prepare, review, deliver necessary documents for processing with various government and non government office and do needed followups.
Prepare, maintain and update necessary records and files related to projects and office such as contract documents, IPCs, Vendor detailsĀ and other.
Frequently visit the government and other offices as the work requires.
Preparation of reports for submission to management.
Handle Minor book keeping task as and when needed.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support HR-related tasks, including maintaining personnel records and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
At least Bachelors in Business Studies.
Proven experience as an administrative officer, office administrator, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
The candidate should have at least two wheeler driving license. Candidate having own two wheeler vehicle is desirable.
