- Able to coordinate & deal with customers to increasing sales.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, ensuring sufficient stock levels and cost effective purchasing.
- Manage documentation related to contracts and other company related matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Sometimes the consumer will have to respond through an online platform.
- Will guide and support the billing team.
- Preference will be given to a person having experience in FMCG e-com company.
- Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
