- Good Communication Skills in English and Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Knowledge in Excel
- Strong Problem-Solving skills to handle tricky management problems
- Knowledge of office procedures with supervision skills
- Appealing negotiation skills and dealing with vendors
- Should know about work integrity and be trustworthy
- Should have a Bike license
- Carry out all office management(Assets Management, Employee Management, Operation Management)
- Should be able to estimate budget for operation and other extra activities
- Document all the information and make it transient among the higher management levels
- Organize a filing system for each Nepali month and do separate entry in the English calendar year and prepare a report on it.
- Travel in order to pay taxes, bills, branch offices etc as per needed
- Handle and guide onshore clients whenever they visit Nepal
- Perform all the tasks as per assigned by Management Head.
