Post : Administration cum Human Resource Officer

Position : One

a) Major Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced staffs and support management
• Draft relevant correspondence and follow up Board Resolution
• Assist in HR facilitation and administrative issues

b) Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with minimum 10 years' experience

Requirements:

• Good written, spoken skills in English and Nepali
• Aware of relevant acts and laws
• Excellent Microsoft Office packages
• Effective performance in strategy and implementation
• Analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to influence
