Job Description

• Must have Bachelors degree completed
• Knowledge of operating Accounting software packages
• Must be willing to learn the software package employed by the Company
• Energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
• Must have knowledge of the tax, Vat, and TDS applicable in the country
• Must have knowledge of Sales and Purchase
• Must have knowledge of Banking processes, Bank entries and Bank reconciliation
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Specification

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
