Job Description :
1. Preparation/Recording of all accounting entries and drafting of compliance calendars, preparation of workings and filing of returns of VAT, Excise, TDS, Advance Tax, Payroll management .
2. Semi- Annually / Annually.
3.Supervise the accounting operation and preparation of annual review.
4. Supervise the accounting operation and preparation of annual review.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain management information system, including setting up projects (jobs), budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and progress reports .
5.Ensure compliance with policy.
6. Responsible for finance department functionality in relation to internal auditing, reporting & reconciliation along with support and supervision to relevant departments on a monthly basis.
7.Responsible for implementation of cost control across divisions .
8. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
10. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
11.Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, accounts payable and reconciliations.
