 Job Description

•     Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
•     Making entries of cash and bank transactions
•     Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
•     Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
•     Assisting in Inventory management
•     Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
•     Checking new vendor and customer PAN/VAT registration and address details.
•     Making entries of cash, bank,purchase, Tax related transactions
•     Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.   

   
    Skills Required : Accounting Reporting Skills Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented Confidentiality Time Management

Job Specification

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
