Responsible for design, implementation/construction , follow up and evaluation of infrastructure construction in communities.
Coordination with District line agencies- including Governance Officials (DAO, DDC, DTO, DWASH, DEO, WDCO, VDC and others as required), I/NGOs and other organizations and follow up the related activities.
Responsible for need assessment, feasibility studies, individual interviews of community members, focus group discussion and site visit.
Responsible for construction of sanitation facilities, drinking water, shelter and school building as per the prior need of communities.
Responsible for design, contact development and quotation review, follow up and evaluation of related activities of infrastructure.
Quality control of program including material purchased.
Ensure the participation of communities on regular basis and report accordingly with assurance of access of the response and support to real victims and maintain up to date data record.
Ensure the quality of the work implemented within encoded time frame.
Job Specification
Completed sub-engineer course from recognized institution with at least 3 year working experience.
Willing to stay at least 90% on field area.
Strong computer skills.
Having good knowledge in English translation.
Having good presentation and communication skills.
Self motivated.
Duration: 6 month with possibility of extension.
