The Multi Stakeholder Forestry Programme (MSFP) aims to improve livelihoods and resilience of poor and disadvantaged people in Nepal. It will also develop the contribution of Nepal’s forestry sector to inclusive economic growth, poverty reduction, and tackling climate change.
MSFP is a first programme of its kind as the product of a multi-stakeholder design process undertaken in Nepal’s forestry sector. It builds on the achievements of over 20 years of forestry work of the Government of Nepal (GoN) supported by the Finland, Switzerland, and UK (e.g. LFP, NSCFP).
