The staff of Community Development and Health Project took initiative and formed an NGO titled "Center for Community Development Nepal (CCDN)" with support from UMN and continued the development work in Makwanpur District which was started by CDHP/UMN. The CCDN aims to improve the quality of life of the target communities in Makwanpur District through integrated community development approach with the vision "A Healthy, Creative and Self-reliant Community" .
