Purpose:
To manage and facilitate successful implementation of the recovery programme as per approved plan, budget and organizational policies.
Requirements:
ï‚· Masters degree in Social Sciences/ Management or equivalent
ï‚· At least 7 years experience in managing large rural recovery, rehabilitation or development programs, including 3 years at senior management level
ï‚· Ability to communicate effectively, foster team work, lead, plan, innovate and solve problems, coordinate programmes, mentor and coach staff, work under pressure and manage by results.
ï‚· Ability to liaise with government and donors
