: Portfolio Manager-PM (Civil Engineering Background)-1
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance of the Support Organizations (SOs) and the Communities. H/She is the interface ensuring that the communities are provided quality services by the SOs to enable them to prepare, manage, construct, maintain and operate their own schemes. H/She is responsible for monitoring, supervision of schemes, SO staffs, through frequent field visits, keep, maintain and provide to the management all relevant information pertaining to SOs and their respective schemes. H/She will be responsible for reporting to Chief of Planning and Operation Division through Regional Manager(RM).
Academic Qualification: Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a recognized University.
Work Experience: H/She must have at least 5 (five) years work experience relevant to the assignment (especially in review, monitoring and evaluation) of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programs or Rural Development including at least 2 (two) years work experience in projects with demand led participatory approaches.
